This odd cabin was moved and put together by others. We then plastered the walls with blueboard lath and veneer basecoat plaster, and completed with a smooth finish plaster.
The ceilings were blueboard installed with screws. Then an electrician installed a radiant heat cable on the ceiling blueboard. The wattage was determined by the Power Co. for each room.
Over the cable and blueboard lath we applied three eights inch (3/8") of veneer radiant heat basecoat plaster. Finally, a smooth finish plaster was applied to the ceilings. The finished plaster was done in a rustic, blemished style to match the time period of the cabin.
